Roy has been involved with
Medicare issues from the Intermediary perspective since 1988.
He was employed as a Senior Auditor for Blue Cross &
Blue Shield of New Mexico for six years. During his
tenure there, Roy was involved in conducting Medicare audits
of both small and large home health agencies in the five state
area.
As a senior auditor, he had also trained and
supervised auditing staff. His other experiences include, CFO
for a health related holding company, Internal Bank Auditor
for a Bank Holding Company, and Branch Manager for a Consumer
Finance Company. Roy has had his own accounting practice since
1994. Roy has a B.A. in Economics, B.S. in Finance, and
MBA in Accounting. He has been a CPA since 1992. |
